An atmospheric portrait that authentically captures community, values and message.
Project goals & client
The Evangelical Church of Baden commissioned us to create a film that conveys key messages such as community, faith, and commitment – for internal communications, social media, and public appearances.
IMPLEMENTATION & APPROACH
Preparation & Concept
We developed a storyboard with key questions for interviews and locations in churches and community centers. The goal was to combine emotional authenticity with spiritual depth.
Filming & Imagery
Over three days of filming, I captured emotional and authentic scenes in different locations (office, employees' homes, other work situations).
Our focus
The aim was not only to show workplaces, but also to convey the team and their passion for digitalization in a human and approachable way.

The clip presents the department as a future-oriented and team-oriented employer – ideal for reinforcement in recruiting processes.
