An event film for VNG AG
A short film that impressively captures the atmosphere and highlights of the Welcome Day at VNG AG.
Project goals & client
VNG AG commissioned us to create an event video for its Welcome Day to welcome Deutschlandstipendium recipients and to capture the company culture, team spirit, and key program points on film – for internal communication and social media.
IMPLEMENTATION AND APPROACH
Conception & theme planning
Together with the foundation team, it was decided to record spontaneous interviews with participants – supplemented by visual impressions of the entire event.
Filming on location
I accompanied the event in a documentary style: short original sound bites, speeches, interactions and personal conversations were captured authentically and unobtrusively.
Visual storytelling
In post-production, a compact 70-second event film was created that combines emotion, information and atmosphere – optimized for social media and the website.
